Pre-Interior Work Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings and design concepts to calculate accurate material and labor expenses.
- Bill of Quantities (BoQ): Prepare detailed lists of required materials, furniture, fixtures, and quantities.
- Budgeting: Establish baseline financial plans that align with the client’s vision and financial limits.
- Tendering: Invite, review, and compare bids from contractors, suppliers, and specialized vendors.
During Interior Work Responsibilities
- Cost Control: Track ongoing expenses in real time to prevent budget overruns.
- Variation Management: Assess the cost impact of any design changes or client modifications mid-project.
- Interim Valuations: Inspect site work progress and approve fair payments for subcontractors.
- Value Engineering: Find smart, cost-saving alternatives for finishes or materials without hurting design quality.
Post-Construction Responsibilities
- Final Accounts: Reconcile all project costs and close out financial records.
- Dispute Resolution: Address any financial claims or contractual disagreements between the client and contractors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
