Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern with an interest in B2B Sales, SEO, and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable with cold calling and client interactions, and have a basic understanding of SaaS products and IT services. This internship provides hands-on exposure to international B2B marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, company databases, online directories, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying decision-makers across target industries.
- Support business development initiatives targeting North America and Europe.
Cold Calling & Client Outreach
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's IT, SaaS, and business solutions.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their business requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery calls for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
Email Marketing & Social Media Outreach
- Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
- Create and schedule content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Perform social media outreach by connecting with prospects, engaging with industry professionals, and promoting company services.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversions.
SaaS & IT Services Awareness
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's SaaS products, Managed IT Services, Market Research, Back Office Operations, and Demand Generation services.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition during client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Market Research
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and market demand to support marketing and sales strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on research findings.
Events & Conferences
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending industry events, exhibitions, webinars, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Represent the company professionally at events and engage with potential clients and business partners.
- Collect business contacts, generate leads, and support post-event follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.com) in Marketing or freshers
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales Funnel Management.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client interactions, and business networking.
- Knowledge of SaaS products, Managed IT Services, and software sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and social media marketing.
- Strong research, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to attend business events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
