Job Title: Marketing Lead
Overview:
We are looking for a result oriented Marketing Lead to own our digital presence across digital platforms i.e. (social platforms, SEO, email channels, etc.). You will be responsible for our entire digital ecosystem: from aggressive cold outreach and lead generation to nurturing our community through high-value newsletters and social storytelling.
You will act as the strategic bridge between our editorial team and the organization goals ensuring seamless coordination of our content pipeline, ensuring our newsletters and outreach campaigns are launched with precision and optimized through consistent and constant data analysis.
Responsibilities:
· Creative Conceptualization: Architect the "Big Idea." You will brainstorm and develop unique campaign concepts, themes for newsletters, and "angles" for social media that cut through the noise and resonate with our target audience.
· Channel Orchestration: Develop and own the social media roadmap across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms, ensuring content is optimized for each algorithm.
· Trend Monitoring: Keep a "pulse" on social trends and platform updates to pivot strategy quickly, ensuring we are early adopters of new features (e.g., LinkedIn Newsletters, Video Reels).
· Lead Gen & Cold Outreach: Design and scale automated outreach sequences to turn cold prospects into warm leads. You will manage the balance between aggressive "top-of-funnel" hunting and "middle-of-funnel" nurturing.
· Full-Cycle Newsletter Operations: Own the process for all newsletters. This includes scheduling, technical setup, list hygiene, and ensuring every send aligns with our broader marketing calendar.
· Social Metrics: Track engagement rates, share of voice, and—most importantly—social-to-lead conversion paths.
· Email Metrics: Monitor open rates, CTR, and deliverability health for both newsletters and cold sequences.
· Attribution: Analyze which social posts or newsletter editions are directly contributing to the marketing pipeline.
· Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with the content team to ensure a seamless pipeline across all digital assets.
Refined Qualifications & Skills
· Social Media Expert: Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, hashtag strategy, and engagement hacks for B2B.
· Project Management: Experience in operating CRMs, email marketing tools, and relevant tech stack.
· Data Fluency: Ability to look at a dashboard and immediately identify why a post or email underperformed.
· Copywriting & Creative Direction: While you may not write every word, you have a sharp editorial eye and can provide the "creative spark" or "hook" that makes content successful.
· Conceptual & Strategic Thinking: A proven ability to take a business goal and turn it into a creative marketing concept. You can connect "the dots" between a market trend and a content series that drives engagement.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
