Provide HR insights to support business decisions and productivity improvement

Act as a single point of contact for all HR-related matters in the Wovens BU
2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning

Drive end-to-end recruitment for plant, technical, and functional roles
-
Collaborate with TA team to ensure timely closures against approved manpower plan
-
Ensure quality hiring with focus on textile industry competencies
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
-
Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit processes
-
Ensure seamless employee experience across lifecycle stages
-
Drive onboarding effectiveness (induction plans, buddy programs, etc.)
4. Performance Management (PMS)
-
Implement performance management processes (goal setting, mid-review, final review)
-
Support managers in bell curve normalization and performance discussions
-
Identify high performers and underperformers and drive action plans (PIPs where required)
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
-
Build positive employee relations and address grievances proactively
-
Drive engagement initiatives (town halls, recognition programs, welfare activities)

Handle discipline cases, investigations, and conflict resolution
6. Learning & Development

Identify training needs in coordination with business heads

Facilitate technical and behavioral training programs

Track effectiveness of learning interventions
7. HR Operations & Compliance
-
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESIC, PF, labor laws, audits)

Maintain HR documentation, policies, and audit readiness

Coordinate with payroll and operations teams for attendance, salary inputs, etc.
8. Analytics & Reporting
-
Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring TAT, absenteeism, productivity)

Prepare HR dashboards and management presentations

Provide actionable insights to leadership
