Job Responsibilities
- Counsel clients for Study, Visitor, Work & PR visas.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain CRM records.
- Provide accurate guidance on visa processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Punjabi.
- Strong sales and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of immigration/visa services is preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
