We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join our finance team. The Account Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, bills, and financial reports.
- Process and record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- To keep updated the financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Support the senior accounting team with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with all company policies and regulations.
Requirements & Skills
1. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime).
4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
