We are looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for desktops, laptops, networking, servers, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows administration, basic networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
- Install and support Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and permissions in Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP issues.
- Install and configure routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Perform basic Windows Server administration and user management.
- Support file sharing, network printers, and shared folders.
- Install antivirus software, Windows updates, and security patches.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to end users.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Log and resolve incidents using ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of support requests while meeting SLA requirements.
