Position Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and executing the company’s sales strategies to achieve business goals. This role involves managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Forecast sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
2. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
- Set individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Lead negotiations with clients to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional activities.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accuracy.
- Present performance updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
