Position Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to promote Lilleria Group’s projects. This role demands a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong marketing capabilities specific to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in developing integrated marketing strategies for project launches and ongoing promotions.
· Coordinate with management and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
· Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars.
· Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and partnerships.
· Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion.
· Organize customer meet-ups, site events, property expos, channel partner meets, etc.
