Education & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or relevant trade.
· 10th / 12th pass with technical training may also be considered.
Experience Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience as a machine/operator in a production environment.
· Freshers with ITI/Diploma and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic technical knowledge of machines, tools, and processes.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions/SOPs.
- Quality awareness and attention to detail.
- Teamwork, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
· Physically fit and safety-conscious.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain production output as per shift targets and schedules.
- Ensure product quality by following process parameters and quality checks.
- Perform basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and upkeep (autonomous maintenance).
- Record daily production data, machine readings, and downtime.
- Report breakdowns, defects, and abnormalities to the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Follow workplace safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
· Handle raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods as per instructions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
