Key Responsibilities
- Cocktail Crafting & Innovation: Develop, test, and refine signature and seasonal cocktail recipes. Balance flavors, aromas, and visual presentation using advanced techniques and specialty ingredients like house-made syrups and fresh garnishes.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, make personalized menu recommendations, and provide an engaging, upscale beverage experience.
- Bar Operations & Inventory: Monitor and maintain par levels for spirits, beer, wine, syrups, glassware, and untraditional bar tools. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with ordering and stocking.
- Quality & Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety guidelines, hygiene regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace. Wash glassware and regularly clear the bar top.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Expert Knowledge: Extensive understanding of spirit profiles, flavor science, and the historical background of classic cocktails.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive hands-on experience as a bartender or specialized mixologist.
- Certifications: Certifications from accredited bartending schools or programs (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, WSET) are strongly preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy kegs or cases, and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability, creative flair, strong interpersonal communication, and a team-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
