Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles, knowledge of GST and TDS, and the ability to understand and prepare financial statements. The candidate should also be capable of drafting professional documents and undertaking research assignments in both domestic and international finance domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions
- Handle day-to-day accounting, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Assist in GST and TDS compliance, including workings and return filing
- Coordinate for statutory filings and support audits when required
- Analyze financial data and assist in financial planning and reporting
- Draft professional emails, reports, and financial documents
- Conduct research on financial, accounting, and regulatory matters
- Undertake research assignments related to international jurisdictions such as USA, Canada, UAE, etc. (training will be provided)
- Support management with financial insights and ad-hoc assignments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA Inter / CA Dropout / Semi-qualified CA candidates preferred
- Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and company accounting
- Basic to working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare financial statements
- Proficiency in Tally Prime (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong command over English (written and verbal)
- Ability to draft professional documents and communication
