About Us
Jay AMBE Industries is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Stainless Steel Milk Cans, Dairy Equipment, Food Processing Equipment, and Stainless Steel Fabricated Products serving customers across India, Africa, Middle East, and Asia.
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to support our growing domestic and export business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and customer correspondence
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, dispatch schedules, and payments
- Follow up on leads generated through exhibitions, LinkedIn, website, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain customer databases and sales records in ERP/Excel
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Dispatch departments for timely execution of orders
- Assist in export documentation and shipment coordination
- Support management in preparing reports, presentations, and sales analytics
- Handle customer communication via Email, WhatsApp, and Telephone
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
✔ 1–5 years experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Export Coordination, or Administration
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email Communication, and Internet Research
✔ Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Export documentation knowledge
- CRM / ERP exposure
- LinkedIn and digital lead generation experience
- Experience in manufacturing industry
