We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in IT recruitment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters to identify, engage, and hire top technology talent while gaining hands-on experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Learn about various IT technologies and technical roles to effectively support hiring requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

0–6 months of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition (internship experience is also considered).

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
