Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to handle sales and business development activities across Jaipur Rajasthan
The candidate will be responsible for developing distributors and dealers, increasing sales, managing existing customers, generating new business and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dealers, distributors and channel partners in the assigned region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business and expand the customer network.
- Regularly visit dealers, distributors, retailers and industrial customers.
- Promote and sell company products, especially hand tools and industrial tools.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Identify market opportunities, new customers and competitor activities.
- Collect market information regarding prices, products, schemes and competitors.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Dispatch and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely order booking and dispatch follow-up.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Support dealers and distributors with product information, catalogues and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and visit reports.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop new dealers and distributors.
- Good knowledge of the Jaipur Rajasthan.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of hand tools, hardware or industrial products will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, distribution or industrial/hardware products preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur)
