Job Description
We are looking for a Meta Ad Specialist and Trainer who is passionate about Digital Marketing and teaching. The candidate will be responsible for handling digital marketing activities as well as training students in various areas of Digital Marketing.
The ideal candidate should have good practical knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and other digital marketing concepts, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Train students in practical Digital Marketing concepts.
- Teach Social Media Marketing across platforms such as:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Twitter/X
- LinkedIn
- Pinterest
- YouTube
- Train students in Email Marketing and Mobile Marketing.
- Teach Content Marketing strategies and practices.
- Provide an introduction to SEO and basic SEO concepts.
- Guide students in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrate practical tools and techniques used in Digital Marketing.
- Assist students with practical assignments and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Digital Marketing trends, tools and advertising practices.
Required Skills
- Good practical knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Email and Mobile Marketing.
- Knowledge of Content Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Knowledge of Video Editing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Experience
- Freshers with good practical knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior training/teaching experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidates with practical experience in Meta Ads and Digital Marketing will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
Graduation or above in any relevant discipline.
