The role involves interacting with customers over calls, coordinating with dietitians and healthcare experts, confirming orders, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout their wellness journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through phone calls
- Confirm and process customer orders
- Follow up with existing customers regarding their wellness programs
- Coordinate with dietitians and healthcare experts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain CRM records and call updates
- Support retention and customer engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA / Graduate candidates can apply
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong Hindi communication skills required
- Basic English communication preferred
- Comfortable with customer interaction over calls
- Basic computer knowledge required
