Job Description:
Techshore is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Kochi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain lead records and student databases
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Educational Institution preferred
- Candidates with strong Sales, Lead Conversion, Admission Counselling, or Business Development experience may also apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and counselling abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
