Location : Musalgaon MIDC, Sinnar, Nashik
Experience : 1 to 5 Years
Qualification :
- Diploma / B.E. in Plastic Engineering
- Diploma / B.E. in Polymer Engineering
- Diploma / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
Working Hours :
- Day Shift (8–10 Hours)
- Saturday Weekly Off
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Minimize production losses, material wastage, and downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Train and guide production operators and shop-floor personnel.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of plastic/polymer manufacturing processes.
- Good leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to plan and monitor production activities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety practices and quality systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
