Job Overview: Conducting telephonic exit interviews for the employees who have quit the client organizations to gauge the root cause to reduce the attrition rate.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees in a specific format
- Framing feedback for the responses captured from the employee
- Identifying the reason why the employee left the company
- Probing about the factors that triggered employees to leave
- Should complete the required number of daily targets of 10 - 14 interviews per day.
Requirements:
- Good communication, writing, listening, and probing skills
- Good time management skills
- Personal laptop, mobile, and a good internet connection
- BCom, BBA, BSc, MBA HR candidates to come forward
- Experience : 0 - 1 years (Kindly note : People with more than 1 yr experience will not be cosidered). Freshers are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
