Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Online Tutors to deliver engaging virtual classes and provide academic support to learners. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an interactive online learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes and training sessions for students.
- Deliver lessons in a clear, engaging, and learner-friendly manner.
- Prepare and update learning materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Address student queries and offer academic guidance.
- Maintain attendance, class records, and performance reports.
- Ensure timely completion of course modules and learning objectives.
- Create a positive and interactive learning experience for students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
- Prior teaching, training, or tutoring experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good proficiency in English and the subject being taught.
- Ability to effectively use online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in online teaching or e-learning platforms.
- Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
