Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Analyze fintech trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings across financial domains.
- Product Strategy: Support development of financial products and business models across lending, insurance, payments, and wealth.
- Partnerships: Identify and evaluate banks, NBFCs, tech/API partners, and vendors for product enablement.
- Financial Analysis: Build models and business cases to assess feasibility, unit economics, and ROI.
- Project Coordination: Track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams for execution and launch.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience working in a high-growth Fintech company.
- MBA finance/MS Finance/ CA/CFA preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in financial modelling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
- Very good understanding of financial statements.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Team player
- Strong work ethic and professionalism.
