Job Description – Production Engineer (Heat Treatment Department)
We are hiring a Production Engineer for our Heat Treatment (H.T.) Department. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring heat treatment processes, maintaining production quality, coordinating shop-floor activities, and ensuring smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production activities in the Heat Treatment Department
- Handle heat treatment process operations and production flow
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance
- Coordinate with operators and supervisors for smooth functioning
- Maintain production records and reporting
- Support troubleshooting and continuous process improvement
- Follow safety and operational guidelines on the shop floor
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Heat Treatment operations
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates from Pithampur or nearby locations preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 Gross Salary
