We are a Product development startup based in Mumbai, and we’re looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our core team immediately.

The Role: As a crucial part of our engineering team, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end product development cycle. You won't just be sitting behind a screen you'll be actively shaping products, testing mechanisms, and bringing modern designs to life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering and product development.
- Software Mastery: Strong proficiency in PTC Creo/Solidworks (advanced part surfacing, assembly, and drafting).
- Material Expertise: understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturing (DFM) for both Plastics (injection molding, etc.) and Metals (sheet metal, machining, casting).
- Builder’s Mindset: Extensive hands-on experience. You should be as comfortable in the workshop assembling prototypes and testing physical mechanisms as you are in the CAD environment.
- Startup DNA: You are proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your projects from day one.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only. We are looking to fill this role right away.
