Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Trainers to guide early-stage founders, students, and
aspiring entrepreneurs as part of IncubeNation’s programs. The ideal candidate will bring
domain expertise, practical experience, and a passion for entrepreneurship, enabling
participants to gain actionable skills and clarity for building successful ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions (12-14 per week) on entrepreneurship, innovation,
business strategy, branding, marketing, finance, and related topics.
- Mentor startups and aspiring founders on business model development, go-to-market
strategies, funding readiness, and scaling.
- Provide one-on-one and group mentorship sessions tailored to participants’ needs.
- Support curriculum development and refine learning modules with practical case
studies and exercises.
- Foster an entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and problem-solving approach among
participants.
- Evaluate participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the IncubeNation team to design impactful workshops, bootcamps,
and innovation challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a mentor, trainer, or subject matter expert in
entrepreneurship, business, or startup ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable learning.
- Passion for supporting startups and shaping future entrepreneurs
