Job Title: Tender ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and compliant submission of tenders. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Government and Private Tendering processes, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and other platforms.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and submission requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Technical teams to collect required information and documentation.
- Prepare documentation related to EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and other financial requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely uploading and submission of tenders.
- Maintain records and databases of submitted tenders and monitor their status.
- Handle tender-related queries, clarifications, and correspondence.
- Prepare cost sheets, pricing statements, and comparative analysis.
- Coordinate post-tender activities, follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of tender outcomes and prepare win/loss analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Government and Private Tender Processes.
- Practical experience with GeM and e-Tendering portals.
- Excellent documentation, drafting, and record-maintenance skills.
- Good understanding of commercial and financial terms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, or equivalent; MBA will be an advantage.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in tender management, preferably in Government/Corporate tendering.
- Candidates with relevant knowledge and strong documentation skills may also be considered.
