- Act as a point of contact for admission and enrollment queries.
- Provide guidance on programs, schedules, and procedures.
- Assist students during application and onboarding stages.
- Maintain student communication and admission records.
- Address basic concerns and escalate when required.
- Support smooth coordination between students and teams.
