- Manage day-to-day store operations for pumps, motors, spares, and consumables.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and ensure proper storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, and service teams as per requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate material replenishment.
- Prepare GRN, material issue notes, and other store-related documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of materials.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the store area.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
