Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive piping and tank fabrication , heavy erection work , including support structures and detailed construction drawings in accordance with project specifications,
- Oversee site supervision for installation, fabrication, and erection of pipeline and tank systems; coordinate inspections, hydro-pneumatic testing, and commissioning
- Prepare technical documents, material take-offs, and fabrication/installation work packs using drawings like isometrics and P&IDs
- Supervise/ Review/approve welding and fabrication procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, and relevant safety regulations throughout project execution
- Coordinate client, PMC and Vendors, Manpower team
- Track and facilitate clearance of all snag/punch points during execution and before project handover.
- Work closely with project, safety, and site teams to ensure alignment with quality and HSE standards.
- Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4–5 years of Experience in as a piping engineer or Tank Fabrication OR
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 6–8 years of Experience in as a piping engineer or Tank Fabrication.
- Other Requirements:
- Knowledge of Tank Fabrication will be preferred
- Knowledge of welding processes, materials, and pipeline fabrication standards.
- Understanding of Iso Drawing, P&Id, Tank Shop Drawing
- Familiarity with codes and standards (ASME, IS, API, OISD, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Experience in EPC projects involving pipelines, tanks, and mechanical systems is desirable.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
