We are looking for an experienced Engineering Head to lead technical, engineering, quality, and product development activities for fasteners, special items, sheet metal, and related products. The role involves RFQ evaluation, Technical Drawings review, ASME/ASTM/DIN/ISO/IS Standard adherence, technical coordination with suppliers, NPD, process validation, quality compliance, supplier management, technical trainings, ensuring products meet international standards and customer requirements. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in the fastener manufacturing industry. The candidate must be adept in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office and Google Workbooks. This role may involve local and international travel to supplier locations for supplier development, supplier audit and NPD development.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
