You’ll make an impact by:
- Willing to follow AI first approach and utilize ServiceNow build Agent, Anthropic's Claude integration with ServiceNow for all developments
- Designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM modules and custom applications
- Developing and supporting workflows, Flow Designer solutions, integrations, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications.
- Collaborating with Service Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Performing enhancements, bug fixes, and platform optimizations while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
- Supporting ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and testing activities.
- Developing integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Maintaining CMDB data integrity and supporting CSDM adoption initiatives.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring compliance with development standards and governance practices.
- Troubleshooting platform issues and providing timely resolution to incidents and service requests.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge articles, and development artifacts.
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Good understanding of CSDM and CMDB concepts.
- Experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow forms, workflows, portals, and service catalog items.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management concepts.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification / CAD (Certified Application Developer) required
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team environment and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
