We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our Life Insurance team at our Karunagappally branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting business growth through customer engagement and sales activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
- Process life insurance proposals, policy issuance, renewals, and servicing requests.
- Verify customer documents and ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and operational reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy processing.
- Maintain branch documentation and ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Pay: ₹20,078.67 - ₹32,524.53 per month
