Role: Delivery Manager - Marketing Analytics
Description Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Team Lead / Delivery Manager – Marketing Analytics & Digital Marketing to lead a high-performing analytics function that supports large-scale, multi-channel marketing operations. This role is a blend of marketing domain knowledge, delivery leadership, people management, and advanced marketing analytics expertise, responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring SLA adherence, and building scalable reporting frameworks across paid, owned, and earned media.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of marketing analytics services, including campaign reporting, dashboarding, and performance analysis across channels
Define and manage marketing success metrics, delivery KPIs, SLAs, and performance benchmarks to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadences, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and business value
Drive AI adoption, automation and efficiency in analytics, reporting and digital marketing
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies
Drive compliance with data privacy, security, and organizational policies
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ marketing analysts and campaign execution analysts with capacity planning, and resource optimization
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions and reporting frameworks
Present insight-led narratives and executive summaries to senior stakeholders
Key Skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
Expertise in campaign performance tracking and reporting frameworks
Hands-on experience with visualization
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel (data modeling, automation)
Familiarity with web analytics platforms and marketing tech stack
Proven ability to lead large analytics teams and manage complex deliveries
High sense of ownership and accountability mindset
Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
Knowledge of basic attribution frameworks and experimentation (A/B testing)
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Management / Business Analytics / Statistics
12+ years’ experience in marketing analytics / digital marketing with at least 4 years of people and delivery management experience
