Job Description
RK Design & Construction is looking for enthusiastic and creative candidates to join our growing team. We welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who are passionate about architecture, engineering, and 3D visualization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare K-SMART building permit drawings
- Develop detailed 2D working drawings
- Create 3D models for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare architectural, structural, and presentation drawings
- Coordinate with the design team and assist in project documentation
- Produce high-quality architectural renderings and visualizations
Required Skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- 3ds Max (preferred)
- Enscape (preferred)
- Knowledge of 2D & 3D architectural drawings
- Basic understanding of building planning and construction
- Social Media Management
Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture, ITI Draftsman, or equivalent
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Experienced candidates are also welcome
