Job role Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with manager to identify hiring needs and define job requirements.
Source potential candidates using various platforms.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and communication with candidates.
Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and managing negotiations.
End to end hiring for IT profiles. Experience into IT Networking hiring.
HR Operations:
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Handle employee queries.
Support employee engagement programs and other activities
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
