- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment.
- Perform site surveys to determine camera placement and system requirements.
- Handle cabling work including network cables, power cables, and connectors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to CCTV systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular system health checks.
- Ensure proper recording, backup, and storage of surveillance data.
- Provide technical support to clients for system usage and minor troubleshooting.
- Upgrade or replace faulty components such as cameras, hard drives, power supplies, etc.
- Maintain service reports and update installation and maintenance records.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during installation and service work.
