Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain and organize company files, documents, and records Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery inventory Schedule meetings, appointments, and send reminders to staff Provide general administrative and clerical support to management Handle courier dispatches and incoming deliveries
Requirements & Qualifications
- 12th Pass or graduate in any discipline Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and Email Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi; basic English communication required Professional appearance and a polite, courteous attitude Punctual, well-organized, and reliable Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure All candidates preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
