We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer / Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and driving sales of engineering and technical solutions across industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and techno-commercial offers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, payments and customer feedback.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B field sales.
- Ability to understand technical products and provide solution-based selling.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Equipment, Building Services, Energy Management or Engineering Solutions is preferred.
- Experience handling industrial clients, commercial buildings, infrastructure projects and corporate customers will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation or related Engineering disciplines.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Compensation
- Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Performance-based incentives.
- Travel reimbursement as per company policy.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong hunter mindset with a passion for business development.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management, including Plant Heads, Facility Managers, General Managers, Directors and CXOs.
- Willing to travel across Ahmedabad and surrounding regions.
