The Associate – Operational Excellence is responsible for tracking probationer training progress, process and sub-process proficiency, and overall skill development across teams. This role acts as the single point of tracking for training effectiveness, external training eligibility, and skill matrix maintenance, enabling data-backed decisions on workforce readiness and capability building.
1. Probationer Training & Metrics Tracking

Monitor probationers' training progress across assigned processes and sub-processes

Track efficiency and proficiency levels achieved post-training

Maintain a centralized tracker for training status, timelines, and outcomes
2. Soft Skills Training Tracking

Log attendance for soft skills training sessions

Capture feedback and evaluation scores from trainers and participants

Identify gaps and coordinate scheduling of follow-up/refresher training
3. External Training Eligibility & Recommendations

Track eligibility criteria for external training programs and certifications

Shortlist and recommend eligible candidates to the reporting manager
4. Skill Matrix Management

Maintain and update the skill matrix for all team members on an ongoing basis

Flag skill gaps and cross-training needs based on matrix data
5. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare regular (daily/weekly/monthly) reports on training status, efficiency trends, and skill coverage

Present dashboards and summaries to leadership as needed

Support audits or reviews with accurate training and skill documentation

Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards); Power BI/Tableau is a plus

Good understanding of training processes and performance metrics

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Basic stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills

Strong reporting and presentation skills
Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience in L&D coordination, quality/process teams, or MIS/reporting roles is preferred.
