Job Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 2–3 years of experience in handling procurement activities, especially in tender preparation and GeM portal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage tender documents as per requirements
- Handle end-to-end process on GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal
- Participate in bidding, submission, and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for procurement requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and purchase orders
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in procurement or related field
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal
- Good knowledge of tender documentation and bidding process
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
