Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Salary:
- ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + Performance Incentives.
