Job Description – Interview & Placement Mentor
We are looking for an experienced Interview & Placement Mentor to help learners prepare for employment and placement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mock technical and HR interviews.
- Prepare learners for coding tests and placement assessments.
- Provide guidance on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications.
- Develop communication, presentation, and interview skills.
- Provide personalized feedback and career guidance.
- Help candidates understand industry expectations and become placement-ready.
Expected hours: 2.0 – 4.0 per week
