Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Associate Teacher to support our lead teachers in delivering a high-quality educational experience to students. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities that meet curriculum goals and engage students.

Support students individually or in small groups to help them understand assignments and reinforce learning concepts.

Aid in classroom management, ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.

Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources for daily lessons.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher to help address individual needs.

Supervise students during non-classroom activities, including recess, lunch, and school events.

Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues as needed, ensuring a collaborative approach to each child’s development.

Assist in maintaining classroom cleanliness, organization, and supplies.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (preferred) or actively pursuing a degree in education.

Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
