Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Telemarketing Executive fluent in both English and Malayalam to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to prospects, introduce our products/services, build initial interest, and qualify leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers using our provided database/lead list.
- Pitching & Engagement: Effectively introduce and pitch our products and services in a clear, engaging manner using both English and Malayalam.
- Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, answer initial questions, filter out uninterested profiles, and qualify warm leads.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up calls or meetings between interested prospects and our senior sales team.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up dates in our CRM/Google Sheets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Fluency: Must be able to speak, understand, and confidently pitch in both Malayalam and English.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply!).
- Skills: Strong persuasive skills, active listening, and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in handling daily call volumes.
- Technical: Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
