About the Role
V7 Defence Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. We welcome both freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who are eager to learn and grow in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with department heads.
- Managing onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Assisting with attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinating with employees regarding HR policies and company updates.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
