- Influencer Strategy Development: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand’s objectives and target audience, focusing on skincare and haircare products.
- Influencer Research & Identification: Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive brand awareness, product launches, and content collaborations.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish, including contract negotiations, content creation guidelines, and campaign timelines.
- Content Creation & Scripting: Collaborate with influencers to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and maintains authenticity, quality, and engagement.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze influencer performance, ensuring KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions are met. Prepare detailed reports and insights to evaluate the ROI of influencer campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, skincare, and haircare industries to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Photoshoot & Event Coordination: Organize and manage photoshoots and brand events, including creative direction, logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Ensure all events and shoots align with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and marketing efforts.
- Internal Shoot Support: Support end-to-end execution of internal content shoots, including pre-production planning, talent coordination, shoot-day management, and post-production alignment to ensure high-quality output.
- Community Cultivation: Act as the voice of Re’equil across our community touchpoints. Foster a safe, inclusive, and highly engaged brand community.
- UGC Harvesting: Encourage, collect, and organize high-quality User-Generated Content (UGC) for use across the brand’s social channels, paid ads, and website.
- Social Listening: Monitor brand mentions, beauty trends, and cultural moments. Relay community feedback, product requests, and insights back to the broader marketing and product teams.
- Community Events: Assist in planning and executing focus group discussions, community-centric events, to learn more about the community insights and product feedback.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
