Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble hookahs according to established quality standards.
- Pack bowls correctly and manage heat to ensure a smooth and consistent smoking experience.
- Maintain and clean hookahs, hoses, bowls, and all related equipment after each use.
- Monitor hookahs during service and replace coals or adjust heat as needed.
- Ensure all tobacco and accessories are stored properly and handled hygienically.
- Keep the hookah preparation area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory of flavors, coals, and accessories, and report stock requirements.
- Provide courteous and professional service while assisting guests with flavor recommendations and combinations.
- Follow all applicable local laws, regulations, and company policies related to hookah service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hookah Maker or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of different hookah flavors, packing techniques, and heat management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
