Founder's Office Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and business-oriented Founder's Office Manager to work directly with the Founder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and has strong business coordination and execution skills.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the Founder by managing strategic initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling business operations, and ensuring seamless execution of high-priority tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on business operations, strategic initiatives, and daily priorities.
- Manage the Founder's calendar, meetings, appointments, and business schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Track action items, monitor deadlines, and follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business proposals, meeting agendas, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business research to support decision-making.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate domestic business travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Travel with the Founder for business meetings, client visits, conferences, and outstation trips whenever required.
- Support the Founder in business expansion initiatives, special projects, and operational improvements.
- Ensure smooth communication between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing business events, meetings, and corporate engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Founder's Office, Executive Assistant, Business Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel frequently as per business requirements.
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours whenever required.

Pay: ₹10,803.46 - ₹36,246.34 per month
