Client Relationship Manager
Dietitian Nishika’s Clinic is seeking a professional and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client interactions, strengthen relationships, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries, calls, WhatsApp communication, and follow-ups.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience.
- Follow up on consultations, packages, payments, and renewals.
- Maintain accurate client records and manage CRM updates.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with the dietitian/team for timely resolution.
- Support client retention and contribute to achieving clinic targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, customer service, and relationship-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or nutrition is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
