1. End to End Recruitment process
2. Scrutinize of resume and profile
3. Taking first round of interview
4. Sending Offer letter to new joinee post discussion of CTC calculation and discussion of hired staff
5. Completing Joining formalities and creating emp code of new joinee.
6. Conducting induction of new joinee regarding company policies.
7. Attendance and Fuel data maintenance and cross verification by 5th of every month.
8. Salary sheet ready by every 5th and 17th of the month.
9. Book keeping
10. MIS data Maintenance
11. Entry of new joinee and Left employee’s data to be ready by 1st of every month
12. Sharing list of new joinees along with Bank details with Accounts team by 2nd of every month
13. Resolving queries raised by associated
14. Maintenance of Assets provided to every site
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
